!Delhivery Q1 FY27: Net Profit Plunges 65%, Revenue Climbs 28%

!Delhivery posted a 65% YoY decline in Q1 FY27 net profit to ₹31.9 crore, compared with ₹91 crore in the year-ago period. Profit was also lower than ₹72.3 crore recorded in the previous quarter. Revenue from operations grew 28% YoY to ₹2,930.7 crore, against ₹2,294 crore a year earlier, while quarterly revenue rose from ₹2,850 crore in Q4 FY26. The company’s total expenses jumped 29% YoY to ₹3,011.6 crore, mainly reflecting higher operating and labour-related costs. Performance during the quarter was impacted by labour shortages, election-related disruptions, adverse weather, geopolitical uncertainty and changes in labour regulations. To tackle rising labour costs and availability challenges, the company is increasing automation across its logistics network and expanding technology-led solutions, including Delhivery Maps, which could create additional revenue opportunities.
