Q4 Results: Net Profit Surges to ₹401 Cr; Announces ₹8 Dividend

reported a consolidated net profit of ₹401 crore for Q4 FY25, up 321% from ₹95 crore in the same period last year. The figure includes a one-time exceptional gain of ₹250.37 crore. Excluding this, net profit stood at ₹150.63 crore, marking a 37% YoY increase. Revenue from operations jumped 121% YoY to ₹10,292 crore, while EBITDA rose 128% to ₹454 crore. The company also declared a final dividend of ₹8 per share, payable within 30 days of shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. For the full FY25, reported a net profit of ₹1,096 crore, up 198% YoY, with revenue more than doubling to ₹38,860 crore.
