Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net sellers in the cash market with sales of ₹1,350.10 crore, while Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) remained net buyers, purchasing ₹2,801.45 crore. In the derivatives segment, FIIs were net sellers in Index Futures by ₹1,800.11 crore and Stock Options by ₹1,785.73 crore, whereas they were net buyers in Index Options worth ₹6,467.36 crore and Stock Futures worth ₹2,342.70 crore. On the market front, the NIFTY 50 closed at 23,946.25, down 109.75 points (-0.46%), while the SENSEX settled at 76,728.37, declining 372.10 points (-0.48%).
