Indian Hotels Company Q4 Results: Net Profit Surges 30% YoY to ₹481 Crore; Declares ₹2.25 Dividend

Company Ltd (IHCL) reported a strong performance for the March quarter (Q4FY25), with a 30.4% year-on-year (YoY) increase in standalone net profit to ₹481.20 crore, compared to ₹369.08 crore in the same period last year. On a sequential basis, profit rose 2.7% from ₹468.77 crore in Q3FY25.
Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹1,476.33 crore, reflecting a 10% YoY growth over ₹1,341.65 crore in Q4FY24, while remaining nearly flat compared to ₹1,473.61 crore in the previous quarter.
On a consolidated basis, IHCL reported a 25% YoY rise in net profit to ₹522.30 crore, up from ₹417.76 crore in Q4FY24. Consolidated revenue jumped 27.3% to ₹2,425.14 crore, compared to ₹1,905.34 crore a year ago.
The company also announced a final dividend of ₹2.25 per equity share for the financial year.
