State-owned NTPC
will hold its Board meeting on July 24, 2026, to consider and approve its Q1 FY27 unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30.
The Board will also review a proposal to raise up to ₹12,000 crore through non-convertible debentures (NCDs), subject to shareholders' approval at the company's upcoming AGM.
For Q4 FY26, NTPC
reported a 34.4% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to ₹10,614.95 crore. For the full FY26, net profit rose 15% to ₹27,546 crore.
On the operational front, NTPC
Green Energy recently commissioned the first 50.4 MW phase of the Vanki Wind Energy Project in Gujarat, taking the Group's installed capacity to 90,954 MW. The Board has also approved the 2x800 MW Lara Super Thermal Power Project Stage-III.
