Housing Finance Q2 Earnings: Net Profit Jumps 24% to ₹582 Crore

PNB Housing Finance on Monday announced a 24% rise in net profit to ₹582 crore for the second quarter ended September 2025. The mortgage lender had reported a net profit of ₹470 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. The company’s total revenue for the quarter increased to ₹2,131 crore, compared with ₹1,880 crore in the same period last year, PNB Housing Finance stated in a regulatory disclosure. Its interest income during the quarter rose to ₹2,017 crore, up from ₹1,780 crore recorded in the year-ago quarter. Investment in securities market are subject to market risks.
