Several Indian companies have announced their quarterly results:
Infosys: The company is set to release its Q4 FY25 results today. In the previous quarter, Infosys reported a net profit of ₹6,806 crore, marking an 11% year-on-year increase. Operating revenue rose by 8% to ₹41,764 crore, with a constant currency revenue growth of 6.1% and an operating margin of 21.3%. Wipro: For Q4 FY25, Wipro reported a 1.3% increase in consolidated revenue to ₹22,504 crore and a 26% rise in net profit to ₹3,570 crore. The company forecasted a sequential revenue decline of 1.5% to 3.5% for Q1 FY26 due to macroeconomic uncertainties and client caution. ICICI Prudential Life Insurance: The insurer's standalone profit more than doubled to ₹386 crore for Q4 FY25, driven by strong demand for group insurance products. Net premium income increased by 11% to ₹1,637 crore, with a 30% rise in single premiums. However, the value of new business (VNB) rose by 2.5% to ₹795 crore, and annualized premium equivalent (APE) sales dropped 3.1% to ₹3,502 crore. Additionally, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) released its Q4 FY25 results on April 11, reporting a quarterly profit decline. The company declared a dividend of ₹30 per share.
