The Sensex advanced over 2,946 points to settle at 77,562, while the Nifty50 climbed around 874 points to close at 23,997. This rally added nearly ₹16.59 lakh crore to the total market capitalization of BSE-listed companies, pushing it to approximately ₹446 lakh crore.
