Stock Market Holiday on Good Friday 2026: Are NSE, BSE, and MCX Open or Closed?

Synopsis: The National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) are not operational today due to the Good Friday holiday. Commodity markets, including the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) and the National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), are also closed. All major domestic exchanges have suspended trading for the day in observance of the holiday. Regular trading activities will recommence on Monday, April 6.
