TITAN
Company Limited experienced a significant surge in its stock price, rising by up to 5% to become one of the top performers on the Nifty 50 index. This increase was primarily driven by robust revenue growth in its jewellery segment, which saw a 25% year-on-year rise, surpassing both the previous quarter and the same period last year. The growth was fueled by strong demand for premium jewellery and gold coins, with affluent consumers continuing to invest in high-value ornaments despite record gold prices. Despite the day's gains, Titan's stock remains 19.22% below its 52-week high of ₹3,866.15, reached on September 30, 2024. Trading volume was notably higher than usual, with 128,662 shares exchanged compared to the 50-day average of 28,275, indicating increased investor interest.
