Adani Enterprises Appoints Bharat Sheth as Independent Director

Limited has named Bharat Kanaiyalal Sheth as Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent) for a 3-year term starting August 9, 2025, pending shareholder approval. Sheth, Deputy Chairman & MD of The Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd, brings over four decades of maritime industry expertise. His appointment follows the completion of Hemant Nerurkar’s second term as Independent Director. The Board extended its gratitude to Nerurkar for his valuable contributions during his tenure.
