Adani Ports Sees 6% Cargo Growth in October, Led by Strong Container Volumes
⚓ ADANIPORTS reported a 6% year-over-year rise in cargo volume to 40.2 MMT in October, driven by a robust 24% growth in container traffic. For the fiscal year to date, the company handled 284.4 MMT of cargo, up 10% year-over-year, with container volumes growing 21%. In logistics, rail volumes surged 16% in October to 60,387 TEUs, while GPWIS volumes declined 6% to 1.7 MMT. Year-to-date, logistics rail volumes jumped 415% to 418,793 TEUs, and GPWIS volumes rose 41% to 12.7 MMT.
