Bajaj Auto Takes Full Control of Pierer Bajaj AG, Increases KTM Stake to 74.9%

has completed the acquisition of 100% ownership in Pierer Bajaj AG and now holds approximately 74.9% stake in PMAG/KTM. Both entities will be renamed to Bajaj Auto International Holdings AG and Bajaj Mobility AG effective November 18, 2025. This move strengthens Bajaj’s global footprint in premium motorcycles and strategic mobility ventures.
