Chalet Hotels Allots Shares Under ESOP 2022
🏨 CHALET has allotted 10,000 equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) 2022 at an issue price of ₹292 per share.
The allotment has resulted in ₹29.20 lakh being raised, with the company’s paid-up share capital increasing to ₹218.99 crore.
