Choice International to Acquire 51% Stake in Fintoo Wealth for ₹10 Crore

has signed a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire a 51% equity stake in Fintoo Wealth Private Limited, a SEBI-registered Investment Advisory firm, for up to ₹10 crore, pending SEBI approval. Additionally, its subsidiary companies have entered into definitive agreements to acquire the distribution business of the Fintoo Group for up to ₹15 crore, which includes wealth management, insurance products, AIFs, and PMS services currently operated under Mihika Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. and Mihika Insurance Marketing Firm LLP.
