’s resolution plan to acquire NCR Rail Infrastructure has been approved by the Committee of Creditors. The company received the Letter of Intent on July 10, 2025. NCR Rail owns a private freight terminal in Khurja, UP, with six rail lines, two warehouses, and a 130-acre land bank. Final approval from NCLT and regulators is pending.
