Kajaria Ceramics Takes Full Ownership of Kajaria Bathware

🏗️ $KAJARIACER has acquired the remaining Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) of its subsidiary, Kajaria Bathware, from Aravali Investment Holdings for ₹50 crore. The transaction gives the company 100% ownership of the subsidiary, further strengthening its bathware business.
