has announced the retirement of Chairman & MD Haridas Kanani, effective September 30, 2025. He will take on the honorary role of ‘Chairman Emeritus’ from October 1. The Board has approved Anurag Surana as Chairman and Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, while recommending Triplicane C.N. Saikrishnan as Executive Director for a five-year term. Shyamsunder Upadhyay has been reappointed as Whole-Time Director for three years. Neogen also reported Q1FY26 standalone revenue of ₹184.58 crore and profit of ₹14.23 crore.
