ONGC Green Acquires PTC Energy for ₹9.25 Billion

Green, a subsidiary of ONGC, has completed the acquisition of a 100% stake in PTC Energy for ₹9.25 billion. As part of the deal, ONGC has been allotted 1.2 billion shares by ONGC Green, strengthening its renewable energy portfolio.
