PNB Sets ₹30 Lakh Cr Business Goal by FY26, Eyes Strong Credit Growth
🏦 PNB is targeting ₹30 lakh crore in total business by March 2026, exceeding its original goal of ₹29.56 lakh crore. In Q1, total business rose 11.6% YoY to ₹27.19 lakh crore, while operating profit hit a record ₹7,081 crore. The bank aims for 11–12% credit growth and 9–10% deposit growth, supported by a ₹1.29 lakh crore corporate loan pipeline. MSME loans grew 17–18%, and retail credit is expected to rise 17%. With CASA deposits targeted above 38%, and CRAR at 17.5%, PNB has board nod to raise ₹8,000 crore in Tier I & II capital.
