SBI Targets ₹200 Lakh Crore Business by 2030

SBIN
is targeting ₹200 lakh crore in total business by 2030, aiming to nearly double its current scale over the next few years. According to a newspaper report, SBI Chairman Challa Sreenivasulu Setty expects the bank to achieve 11–12% annual business growth, supported by sustained credit expansion, deposit mobilisation and continued strengthening of its banking franchise. The ambitious target reflects SBI's focus on maintaining its position as India's largest bank while expanding its balance sheet in a disciplined manner. Consistent growth in loans and deposits, improving asset quality and greater digital adoption are expected to remain key drivers as the bank works toward the 2030 objective. The growth strategy also highlights SBI's confidence in India's long-term economic and credit demand outlook.
