Sobha Achieves Record H1 Sales, Q2 Jumps 61% YoY to ₹1,903 Crore

posted Q2 FY26 sales of ₹1,902.6 crore, up 61.4% YoY, led by strong demand in Bengaluru (₹1,326.4 crore), NCR (₹309.7 crore), and Kerala (₹184.8 crore). For H1, the company achieved record sales of ₹3,981.4 crore, a 30.4% increase YoY. Average realization rose to ₹13,648 per sq. ft. despite a sequential dip in Q2 performance.
