Limited has signed an MoU with Tata Steel Special Economic Zone Ltd. for acquiring land worth ₹282 crore at Gopalpur, Odisha. The land, acquired via sub-lease, will be utilized by SRF’s Chemicals Business for setting up new projects. The agreement allows due diligence and finalization of the sub-lease upon payment fulfillment. The deal is not a related party transaction and was formalized on September 12, 2025.
