Tech Mahindra’s Pininfarina Raises Stake in Signature S.r.l to 84%

’s step-down subsidiary Pininfarina S.p.A. has boosted its holding in Italy-based Signature S.r.l from 24% to 84% by acquiring an additional 60% stake for €134,375 in cash on August 14, 2025. Signature, founded in 2017, reported €2.9M turnover in 2024 and operates in the stationery segment. With the deal, Signature becomes a Pininfarina subsidiary and a step-down subsidiary of Tech Mahindra. The acquisition, an arm’s length related-party transaction, aims to strengthen Pininfarina’s consumer channel footprint and brand presence.
