Subscriber decline was limited to 0.5M — a 90% reduction from previous quarters — marking the best performance since the merger. ARPU rose 15% YoY to ₹177. The telco expanded 5G to 22 cities across 13 circles, lifted 4G population coverage to 84%, and grew cash EBITDA 3.7% YoY to ₹21.8 billion. Bank debt fell to ₹19.3 billion. Abhijit Kishore will take over as CEO from August 19, 2025, succeeding Akshaya Moondra. The company also partnered with AST SpaceMobile for satellite-based mobile broadband.
