Waaree Energies to Sell 15% Stake in Indosolar via ₹305 Crore OFS

has launched an offer for sale (OFS) worth ₹305 crore, offloading 61 lakh shares (15% of Indosolar’s issued capital). The OFS opens on Sept 18 for non-retail and Sept 19 for retail investors, with shares priced at ₹500—a 4% premium to the last close. The stake sale, aimed at meeting minimum public shareholding norms, will cut Waaree’s holding from 95% to 80%. Waaree acquired Indosolar in April 2022 under IBC, with the firm now turning profitable at ₹55 crore net profit versus a ₹15.44 crore loss last year.
