BHEL has shown strong buying momentum today after trading within a narrow range between its 14-day and 55-day EMAs for the past week. The stock is currently well-supported by its 55-day EMA around 240 and 200-day EMA at 233, indicating a solid medium to long-term support base.
Today, the stock opened at 248.45, made a low of 248.40, and is now trading near 253.85, holding firmly above its 14-day EMA.
A minor resistance is visible around 255, which is a crucial immediate hurdle. The MACD remains in the positive zone and the RSI is around 55, reflecting neutral momentum.
Technically, if the stock holds above 250 and manages to close above 255, it could trigger a fresh rally towards the 265-266 levels in the short term, revisiting the previous high of 263.40 made on June 10th. On the downside, immediate support is at 250 (14-day EMA) followed by strong support at 240 (55-day EMA), making the stock structurally positive as long as these levels hold.
