DABUR
Fundamental View- Container Ayurveda giant Dabur India Ltd. reported a mixed FY25 finish, with flat revenue at ₹12,563 crore (+1–1.3% YoY) and a modest Q4 decline in net profit—down ~8% YoY to ₹320 crore amid softer margins and subdued rural & urban demand. The board recommended an impressive total dividend of ₹8 per share (525% final, ₹11.50 including interim). Fundamentally, Dabur maintains a strong balance sheet with low debt (~0.13 debt/equity), healthy margins (15–16%), an ROE of 19%, and consistent free cash flow. Technical View- As seen on the weekly chart, Dabur has witnessed strong buying momentum throughout the past week. On 23rd June 2025, the stock made a low of ₹463.25, from where continuous buying has been observed, indicating that the stock has entered a positive rally phase. On 25th June, the stock opened with a gap-up and started sustaining above its 14-day EMA, further confirming bullish strength. Over the last three weeks, the stock has consistently respected the crucial ₹460 support zone, making a low of around ₹463 and showing a strong reversal from those levels. In the current week, the stock opened at ₹465.65, made a low of ₹463.25, a high of ₹488.30, and finally closed at ₹486.35, holding firmly above its 14-day EMA on the weekly chart. The stock appears to have entered a correction recovery phase, and in my view, if it continues to sustain above its 14-day EMA, it is likely to retest its 55-day EMA levels in the next 3-4 weekly sessions, which is positioned around ₹515-520. Therefore, with a stop-loss at ₹450, adopting a "buy on dip" strategy looks favourable, and if the stock maintains its momentum, it could potentially reach ₹525 levels in the next 3-4 weeks.
