Technical Analysis-
Based on the daily chart, it is clearly visible that $M&M Finance is currently trading in a short-term downtrend. The RSI is around 44, indicating weak momentum, while the MACD is still in the positive zone but lacks any strong bullish signal due to weak momentum.
The Parabolic SAR also confirms that the stock remains in a short-term downtrend. Today, the stock opened at 262.40, made a high of 263.35, a low of 259.25, and closed at 261.15, still trading below its 14 and 55-day EMA, which confirms ongoing weakness.
However, an interesting observation is that for the last three consecutive sessions, the stock has not been able to break below the 259 level.
On June 19th, it made a low of 259.30, on June 20th a low of 259.05, and today a low of 259.25.
This highlights 259 as a short-term support zone. Even on May 28, 2025, the stock had made a low around 258.50, from where it later bounced back and touched a high of 288.50 on June 9, 2025, taking support at the 14-day EMA. Currently, the stock appears to be forming a double bottom support pattern near 259-260 levels. Even if some correction occurs, 250 could act as a strong support zone. Today, the stock closed at 261.15, and if the stock holds above this level and manages to bounce from current support, it may soon retest the 270 levels. However, maintaining a stoploss at 250 remains crucial to manage downside risk.
