APLAPOLLO updated about orders from State Tax Officers

Comapany orders received from the State Tax Officer, Intelligence, Hosur, Tamil Nadu, dated July 25, 2024, in respect of GST Demand for various years. We now wish to inform you that the Company had further filed appeals against the aforesaid orders and after due consideration the Deputy Commissioner (Appeals), Hosur, vide its various orders dated August 21, 2026, has further reduced the aforesaid GST Demand. Details of the violation(s)/contraventio n(s) committed or alleged to be committed; Non-payment/reversal of GST on certain items as per the GST Department. Impact on financial,operation or other activities of the listed entity, quantifiable in monetary terms to the extent possible. There is no material impact on the financials,operations or other activities of the Company. The Company is examining the orders and will take an appropriate course of action in the future.
