Apollo Tyre : wholly owned Subsidiary Company – Intended Decision to discontinue tyre production and production related operations at Enschede

Tthe Company's Netherlands based subsidiary, Apollo Tyres (NL) B.V. (“ATNL”) has discontinued tyre production and production related operations leading to closure of manufacturing activities at the Enschede plant on the close of business hours (Dutch time) of June 30, 2026, after obtaining necessary approvals from ATNL Works Council and Supervisory Board.
