Dilip Buildcon Secures ₹1,800 Crore Pipeline Authorization

Infrastructure major Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) has formally received official authorization from the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) to design, build, operate, and expand a strategic LPG pipeline connecting Paradip, Odisha, to Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The regulatory approval marks a substantial expansion of DBL’s infrastructure portfolio, unlocking an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) opportunity valued at approximately ₹1,800.00 crore (excluding GST). In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, DBL confirmed that neither the promoter group nor related parties have any interest in the awarding regulatory authority (PNGRB). Additionally, as per DBL’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in company securities remains closed for all designated persons and connected insiders until 48 hours following the release of the Q2 financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
