HEG : Order passed by the Hon ble National Company Law Tribunal

HEG Limited has informed the Exchange about copy of the Order passed by the Hon ble National Company Law Tribunal, Indore Bench ( Tribunal ), sanctioning the Composite Scheme of Arrangement. The First Petitioner Company (HEG LTD) shall, in consideration of the amalgamation, issue and allot equity shares to the shareholders of the Third Petitioner Company (Bhilwara Energy Limited ) in accordance with the Share Exchange Ratio recorded in this Order, viz. 8 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 2 each of the First Petitioner Company credited as fully paid-up, for every 7 equity shares of Rs. 10 each of the Third Petitioner Company .
