$IPCALAB Board has approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Krebs Biochemicals & Industries Ltd. ("Transferor Company") with the Company (“Ipca Laboratories Ltd.”) (“Transferee Company”) under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The aforesaid Scheme of Amalgamation is subject to necessary approvals under the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Appointed Date for the Scheme is 1st April, 2026 and it shall be operative from the Effective Date upon receipt of all the consents and approvals as defined in the Scheme
