$KPITTECH NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to section 124 of the Companies Act, 2013 ("the Act") and Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 ('the Rules"), as amended, the equity shares of the Company in respect of which dividend amount has remained unclaimed for Seven (7) consecutive years or more are required to be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund ("IEPF").
