Persistent systems : long-term agreement with a global technology leader headquartered in the United States

Company has entered into a long-term strategic services agreement with a global technology leader headquartered in the United States. The agreement is aimed at expanding the Company’s presence across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific and encompasses end to end operations, management, and support of a portfolio of enterpriseCloud services. The arrangement is expected to strengthen the Company’s business capabilities and enable both parties to derive long-term strategic benefits. Under this engagement, the Company will leverage its domain expertise along with its advanced AI-drivenplatforms to deliver innovative, customized solutions for enterprise software and cloud services. The agreement is also expected to facilitate the adoption of emerging technologies and enhance value creation for the client through access to the Company’s new and evolving offerings.
