Signature Global - has secured a 194.22-acre land parcel
In a major strategic move, Signature Global (India) Limited has announced its foray into the ultra-luxury, low-density residential market with the acquisition and collaboration of a massive 194.22-acre land parcel in Tehsil Farrukhnagar, Gurugram West. The development is projected to carry a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹5,500 to ₹6,000 crore and adds approximately 6.77 million square feet of developable area to the company's growth pipeline.
The formal disclosure was made to stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations. The development represents a clear strategic shift for the developer, which has traditionally built its strong market presence in high-density affordable and mid-segment housing.
Highlights for Investors:
Massive Portfolio Expansion: Adds 6.77 million sq. ft. of developable potential and up to ₹6,000 crore in potential GDV.
Capital-Efficient Structure: The land is secured through a hybrid approach—25 acres acquired outright via conveyance deeds and 169.22 acres via collaboration agreements.
Product Segment Diversification: Marks Signature Global's entry into "uber-premium, invitation-only" low-density farmhouse villas, broadening its target buyer profile.
Key Growth Corridor:
Positioned near major infrastructure assets, including the Dwarka Expressway, Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway, and the Farrukhnagar-Wazirpur Road. Strong Operational Scale: Signature Global reported sales bookings of ₹8,250 crore in FY25 and ₹1,970 crore in Q1 FY27, cementing its spot as India's 5th largest listed real estate company by sales bookings.
