Asset financing!

Asset financing as a product is offered on new investment platforms. So, for example financing of solar assets falls under this product type. The investor will partly own the asset and has a proportionate share in the income the asset generates. Due diligence of the asset type is required before investing along with other details. Like solar is a capital-intensive asset where breakeven takes 2-3 years. So, returns are visible only after 3 years. Those returns have to be substantial enough to invest.
