Do not blindly buy falling stocks!

Blindly buying or averaging down just because a stock has fallen does not necessarily make it a bargain. It is possible the stock has fallen because fundamentally there is something wrong in the company. In that case it is better to exit rather than averaging out. Do your due diligence & research before buying new stock or averaging an existing stock in your portfolio.
