Emotional bias!

There is an emotional/mental bias where investors value an owned asset higher than its fair market value. Here the investor tends to overestimate the value of the company he/she works for and believes it is doing well and might hold concentrated positions, leading to inadequate diversification. He/she completely ignores other better options to own or invest.
