Higher inflation implications!

Higher inflation means higher interest rates. If long-term growth is discounted at a higher discount rate, it is less valuable. Also, higher inflation means higher volatility in the economy, the markets and the political arena. Besides higher interest rates mean higher cost of capital & debt for companies. Higher cost of borrowing for individuals on personal or home loans eats into their savings.
