While investing in SME IPOs, check for lead managers credentials. The data of lead managers is publicly available. Check for how many IPO issues have these lead managers brought to the market. Check properly how those stocks got listed and how much returns did it give post listing. Accordingly take a call as many times these lead managers separately cut deals with promoters and pocket big cheques at the expense of retail investors.
