Most IPOs are overly priced!

IPOs are typically overpriced therefore individual investors would be better off avoiding them. The majority of IPOs are priced highly, and a few months later, the stock typically trades at a lower price. The best period for the stock to cool off and consolidate is minimum six months. There won't be any selling pressure in the stock if, six months later, it is trading above its listing day price and previous highs because everyone who purchased it will have made a profit.
