Optically expensive stocks!

There are some stocks that remain optically expensive forever as investors want to own the business for myriad reasons, ranging from the quality of management, corporate governance, technology prowess, high entry barriers, strong business moats, etc. If the earnings story is intact, then it will rarely be available at cheap valuation. The moot point to remember is that well-run businesses from marquee corporate houses have always commanded a premium. However, long-term investors have still done well staying invested in the optically expensive stocks thanks to supportive earnings. That remains the key determinant of investment winners and prompts us to conclude that as long as earnings remain supportive, the optically elevated valuation finds takers.
