Right number of credit cards!

What is the right number of credit cards should you have? Is one or two enough or do you need more? Today youngsters own multiple credit cards, in some cases, running into double-digit numbers. Their logic is these helps them maximize the credit card benefits by utilizing all possible offers across different cards. However, if you are prone to impulsive buying and have irregular cash flows, then go for only two credit cards. That way, if one card doesn’t work, you have a plan B. Owing more than two cards will put you in a debt trap if you are prone to overspend.
