Status quo bias!
Status quo bias is where investors prefer a pre-determined or fixed asset allocation even if a change will be beneficial. For example, investors have become comfortable with owning only Large-cap or Nifty 50 stocks despite the securities underperforming the overall market substantially. Like in recent times Midcap or Small cap stocks have performed better than their large-cap peers, still investors continue to hold onto such names because of emotional/mental biases.
