Gains Fresh PSU Tailwind

has secured a 100 MW wind energy project from GAIL, marking its fourth PSU order in FY26 and further strengthening its position in India’s renewable energy space. The project will power GAIL’s upcoming petrochemical plant in Nandurbar, Maharashtra, supporting its decarbonisation goals, while Suzlon will deploy 47 advanced S120 wind turbine generators of 2.1 MW each. The order also highlights Suzlon’s growing execution strength, especially in Maharashtra where it already holds over 2.2 GW installed capacity and a 38% market share.
