Solutions has finalized its acquisition of Pastdue Credit Solutions (PDC), a UK-based debt collections agency, through its subsidiary Firstsource Solutions UK Ltd. The deal, completed on December 11, 2025 after securing all regulatory approvals, stems from the July 18 agreement to acquire 100% of PDC. The company adds expertise in white-label, early-arrears, and full-scale debt recovery services, strengthening its UK collections and customer management portfolio.
