India's second-largest IT services firm, Infosys, has informed some employees that their performance bonuses for the fourth quarter of financial year 2024-25 will be lower, amid declining profits, The Economic Times reported. According to the report, senior HR executives and managers conveyed the development to members of a large delivery unit during a conference bridge call last week. A staff member, speaking on condition of anonymity, said similar discussions could take place with other teams as well.
