These projects will cater to the captive power needs of BPCL’s Bina and Mumbai Refineries, significantly reducing reliance on fossil fuels and supporting the shift to clean, renewable power," BPCL wrote on "X." As part of its renewable energy roadmap, BPCL is aiming for a 10 GW clean energy portfolio by 2040, aligning its commitment to become a Net Zero Energy company in Scope 1 & Scope 2 emissions by 2040.
